Put them on and immediately noticed how the chunky sole makes the whole silhouette feel more grounded than standard high-tops. The leather is stiffer than I expected but it's already starting to break in nicely after a couple wears.

The cream leather has a nice, almost matte finish that hides scuffs surprisingly well. The rubber toe cap is chunkier than I expected from the photos, but that actually gives them a cool, purposeful silhouette.

The leather on these feels substantial right out of the box, and the chunky sole is exactly what I wanted for a bit of edge. They fit true to size 11.5 and broke in comfortably after a couple of wears.
