The lug sole gives great traction on wet pavement, and the leather has held up well despite the visible fraying near the heel. I'm glad I snagged these in a 37.5 since they fit my US 6.5 feet perfectly.

The heel height is just right for city walking—sturdy without feeling clunky—and the leather has that soft, worn-in feel right out of the box. Even with the small stains noted, they look sharp with cropped trousers.
