The brown leather has a nice worn-in feel right out of the box, and the laces are sturdy enough to hold tight through a full day of walking. They’re exactly what I needed for casual rides and everyday wear.

The 6-inch shaft hits just right for riding, and even in used condition the leather has held its shape with no weird creasing around the ankles. Lacing them up takes a minute, but once they’re snug, the grip on the pegs feels solid. Worth the price for a pair that’s clearly got plenty of miles left.
